Official Announcement: The Route For Verifying Certificates Issued By CCPIT
Commercial certification service is provided, upon application, by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ( China Chamber of International Commerce )according to Chinese laws, relevant regulations and international commercial practices in order to certify the documents and facts relating to commercial activities. Such certification applies to international commodity trade, service trade, technical trade, international contracting project, biding, intellectual properties, foreign-relating trade lawsuits, investment, maritime affairs, etc. As an independent third party, CCPIT issues on the equal and impersonal basis commercial certificates, which are generally recognized by the governments, customs authorities, chambers of commerce and enterprises in more than 200 countries all over the world and therefore have a strong overseas effectiveness of implementation.
Recently, many criminals have been detected to forge the commercial certificates issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), seriously affecting the normal foreign trade of enterprises. Under these circumstances, this announcement is hereby made publicly concerning the official route for verifying certificates issued by CCPIT to prevent the circulation of fake certificates, combat criminal dishonesty and forgery, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
The commercial certificate issued by CCPIT is accompanied with a 15-digit number, indicating successively the year, organization code of CCPIT, and 6-digit series number of certificate (e.g. 191100B0/123456). All certificates issued are attached with QR code for verification. To verify any certificate issued by CCPIT, one can scan the QR code on the certificate, or log in the website of commercial verification center of CCPIT at: http://www.rzccpit.com/validate.html, or log in the homepage of the official website of CCPIT at http://www.ccpit.org/ and make verification on the page of “certificate verification of CCPIT” under “enquiry concerning CCPIT Services”. All relevant information or way of verification provided by other website is forged. Relating agencies and enterprises are urged to strengthen the sense of recognition and jointly combat such criminal dishonest and forgery.
