| Project Overview | Built by the Hainan Yanhong Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., the Wanguo Metropolitan was a key commercial complex project implemented during the “11th Five-Year Plan” of Hainan Province. The Wanguo Metropolitan International Tourism Island Shopping Center located at 24 Datong Road, Haikou City, Hainan Province, covers an area of 25,000m2, a total building are of 156,000m2, an aboveground building area of about 137,000m2 and an underground building area of about 19,000m2, and has 1,200 parking spaces. Office spaces and hotel rooms are located on 9F-23F The whole project consists of a business area, office building and business hotel. The business area covers 86,000m2, with types of business including living, lodging, travel, tourism, entertainment and shopping facilities. The project is a multifunctional one-stop business center with business, office, hospitality, convention and exhibition, entertainment and culture rolled into one. The Wanguo Metropolitan is operated in strict accordance with the advanced business operation model of the world’s mature shopping malls. The project is for rent only in order to ensure sustainable forest management. This new experience city follows the management idea of “unified ownership, unified investment attraction, unified planning and unified promotion”. |
